First and foremost, we are teachers. We have 40 plus combined years of experience teaching in settings both privileged and high needs, creating and delivering professional development, coaching teachers in all subject areas, examining data, developing and coordinating curriculum and working with building and district level administrators to reach learning goals.
We see the challenges facing teachers each day. Our goal is to provide teachers and other educators with the information and community they need to bring about positive change in working conditions, professionalism and student learning.
